Overview
Recipero's API provides facilities for:
- Checking a serial numbered item of property to see if there are any records, globally, known to CheckMEND that indicate the item may not be in the possession of its rightful owner.
- Retrieving a human-readable certificate containing additional detail elaborating upon the reason for a serial number being rejected at point of check.
- Providing make/model information for a given IMEI/serial number.
- Providing API access to Recipero ClaimsCheck systems.
The capabilities available to you depend on your license agreement. For example if you are migrating from the original CheckMEND API then you will only have privileges related to the due-diligence methods. If you previously used Recipero's PhoneID service for then you will have access only to the make and model methods.
Parties and relationships understood by the API
